The way I look at it AGAIN is that it SHOWS ME AT LEAST that KKR PERCEIVES share dilution which BODES WELL FOR ESCROW HOLDERS, meaning we are getting more shares, BUT THEY WOULD NOT BE GETTING THOSE SO they took their money and ran!!!!!!!!!!!!

ESCROWS will SEE DILUTION but if the additional shares make up for that dilution, DO YA REALLY CARE????????? YOU would NOT but, THUNK HARD if you were KKR you would CARE and possible A LOT like 50%.
