That SEC document was only published a few months ago and since that time, I've SEEN NO NEW/AMENDED DOCUMENTS from DBMM to cure the violations stated!

When I SEE the amended filings from DBMM that CURE these deficiencies? Then maybe I'll sit up and take notice!

Hasn't happened!
