This post from another stock forum suspects a potential acquisition.

"Speculating here but with price suppression (.07-.12) and realizing crtg is not on the exhibitors list for battery day in September something is up. They will be there but not presenting or having a booth to showcase their material. After digging through some things it’s starting to smell like an acquisition. Keeping the price low, not bringing CHS to a main-street audience (battery day) and giving very little updates on the progress of chs. This would make us believe they are content with how things are and possibly have a buyer in place. So no need to showcase their product. I think once affirmation comes out things will get moving. $5 a share would put it at a $2.5B MC. For a company like Volkswagen that’s pennies. They just spent $86B on autonomous car tech Again this is speculation and assuming. Trying to make sense of it. I’m Accumulating all week just in case it happens"
