Been straight down for 3 months, quite impressive really!
It is exactly what one would expect from a manipulated stock when there is no news and no real hope of news in the short term. The ASM was, as I noted at the time, a bit of a disappointment. No real update on where the company is in the process, nothing particularly encouraging. Just more time to wait. The biggest news was quashing rumors that they might present at ASCO. Meaning don't expect any news for at least a couple of months or they would have gotten it done at ASCO. So write off June and July.
Without news or the expectation of imminent news, low volume, easy to slowly chip away at the share price in the hopes of blunting the spike when news finally arrives. Plus, if you can get it low enough, you might be able to get some weak hands to fold and hurt option holders who want to get some cash out or who are forced to exercise expiring warrants.
