Revenue isn't the same as profit. We don't even know if Vinafilms is profitable, and if it is, will it pay out its profits, as dividend to a holding company. What if Vinafilms have other commitments to cover, or like it was supposed to install new machinery in 2019. If it did, then the profit may have to go first towards eventual loans repayment.
And let's not forget, $PHIL owns 51% of Vinafilms, and by extension can only get 51% of its dividend.
I see a lot of hopium here, but no facts.
