There are several steps that should all lead to big moves, but the order they happen is unknown right now.
1) Henry said on the call last week he would be announcing something big and new in about 2 weeks.
2) One or more 8-K’s stating that shares have been bought back
3) International Press Conference to announce the Asian Diamond Exchange details to the world. (If Henry has to be in Vietnam for this, it might take some time, as Covid restrictions are high in VN right now. Maybe he can do it sooner, via Zoom, but I don’t knowing that’s possible)
4) The 2021 10-K, due at end of September, with all eyes looking for earnings from Vinafilms.
Shares being bought back probably has the best chance to make pps skyrocket, if the number is in the billions as expected.
I think there will be a number of 8-K’s announcing different amounts for each buy back, and it may stretch over several weeks, so hopefully people understand this and don’t run away because the first 8-K is for 5 Billion shares, and they think that’s all that were bought in total.
