Not true. The cropped table showed up in Defendants' Post-Trial Proposed Findings of Fact, and then Judge Du copied and pasted the cropped table into her Opinion.

I won't repeat as two other posters already answered you. Kuri had no statistical value either. Hindu demonstrated that. That too should have been accomplished prior to trial. If management and Covington had done so I’m speculating we'd have prevailed with ease and our stock would be sitting around 12-15 today. I know I’d be one happier camper.
