I think what the poster means is that Hindenburg has a biased view and a vested interest in the failure of companies they short. This makes the Reports they provide to investors at best slanted. Highly unlikely that they would ever report on any positive news and even more likely to falsely represent a company. When I say falsely represent I mean, make negative implications, purposefully mislead, or highlight negative aspects about a company to drive the share price down. Some shorting firms even knowingly make up provocative news that cannot be proven negative without formal investigations. By the time it’s proven false the share price has plummeted, the firm has walked away with millions and the retail investor and the company itself is destroyed.
