yes i never set my sights on selling anytime soon..though i do kick myself for not flipping it a lot...i believed niraj had his shit together much more than he did ,which caused the pps to go so low sadly....lets hope we get a new ceo or an assistant ceo to help him now.. kavl

Every time I think about not selling in mid 3’s
But also buying in mid to high 2’s which destroyed
my average. Never thought it would go back to .52
