$TAMG is an empty shell - in the middle of custodianship- yet it supposedly is already known to be a scam- without even the business merging in being known - pretty lame. The real scam is calling every pinkystock a scam. These endless proclamations of scam on every pinkystock - means less than nothing. out of 1000 proclaimed pinky scams and pos- maybe at most 3 get suspended- usually for not filing. And No sec charges of course.
