J&J really needs to acquire this for 2 reasons…. Okay 3

1. Would fit into their already established sales channels (low cost sales)
2. Could be used in their Bandaid division for a new product (take the best brand and make it better)
3. Preserve their corner in the market - could be financially painful for them if acquired by another company
