Wrong. ISWH nor any company on the pink sheets have to be SEC reporting. They just have to be pink limited or pink current so they don’t get booted to the greys

New state each OTC company has to be current and up to date with financials. That means pink current or any other OTC current status, doesn’t have to be current with the SEC
