Yes and No....you did not fully read my post. I didn't say that they had to be SEC reporting....I said companies that are not SEC reporting and are pink will need to be compliant to new SEC and Finra requirements before September 28. Here is the link https://www.sec.gov/rules/final/2020/33-10842.pdf
