Unfortunately, TPTW will never hit $1.00 organically. The 100 mil investment that some seem to think is happening might get it there temporarily with fomo and a short squeeze, but it won't be sustainable long enough for a nasdaq uplisting anyway... and that's beside the fact that this is an absolute best case scenario. I personally don't believe that they will ever recieve that investment.
Also, The fact that the executives all increased thier salaries while the company is failing is enough of an indication of where their priorities are.
