Northstar42 - you seem level headed and are really looking at this set of directors with a 'fair' lens so will give you the benefit of the doubt. To answer some questions:

1. You realize J. Naydenov is the only director of the 6 that has made direct open market purchases (and at a good clip)? Why do you feel he doesn't deserve your support, curiously?

2. I don't know if they have paid reps for Paulson and Co and sure would like to know if they do post. Quite frankly I'd like to know if ANYONE gets actually 'paid' to promote (and vice versa).

3. It would be good for these candidates to speak out (when they can, read something about the proxy being filed with SEC first).

4. Why support Rosenbaum? Because he's the epitome of the 98% of the retail holders that make up CYDY?

5. I've reachd out to Beaty(chet). No response yet.

6. Misiu's questions still stands, I would like answers from the 'cabal' for those.

I tried asking Okapi partners some simple questions. The gentleman, that took my questions, was doubtful that they would answer. He was doubtful that they would answer questions at all. That was two weeks ago. I have received no correspondence. So much for more information.

NS42. I seriously doubt 13d are posting. I was told by a 13d affiliate that they are subject to SEC disclosure issues and these accounts can be traced.

There may be people like me who agree that Nader must be replaced and therefore our goals align with 13d, but they must use proper channels to release info.

Your posts are well thought out and very measured in their content. Your assessment of the BOD seem dead on. However, IMO all current BOD members must go because they did not take a stand after FDA letter and unjust enrichment. Both are inexcusable offenses for a CEO to remain in place( among many other offenses).
