NS42. I seriously doubt 13d are posting. I was told by a 13d affiliate that they are subject to SEC disclosure issues and these accounts can be traced.

There may be people like me who agree that Nader must be replaced and therefore our goals align with 13d, but they must use proper channels to release info.

Your posts are well thought out and very measured in their content. Your assessment of the BOD seem dead on. However, IMO all current BOD members must go because they did not take a stand after FDA letter and unjust enrichment. Both are inexcusable offenses for a CEO to remain in place( among many other offenses).
