Agree 100%. The fact is as of now there are no sales or revenues of any kind.

It is a common for two parties to sign a letter of intent or an agreement in principle, showing that they have come to a tentative agreement on a general outline of a deal without having to agreed down all of the details. Many times the negotiations that follow the document breaks down.

So only when an actual contract is signed with specific details and agreed revenue number, there is an unknown if any revenues are forthcoming.
