Thanks for sharing; but it appears rather confusing as to what really happened. Was the Petition accepted on 6/1; but they still didnt have the court hearing and it was vacated on the 2nd attempt (both 5/28 and 6/1)?

Or does somebody else have a different interpretation? and Outcome?
