I fully get it though, there's no way we get HYPUR for free. Something will be in the details to offset the disparity of value of the two companies. Agreed and even at full 100M preferred that is still less than 100-1 ... since we have 8.5 OS now. Everything is a guess but just interesting to try and piece things together. Leaving the 100M preferred seems very intentional and have to think they have a plan to issue them or portion of them and merger seems to make sense.
Btw - the guy doing YouTube video is a clown IMO.
