Agreed and even at full 100M preferred that is still less than 100-1 ... since we have 8.5 OS now. Everything is a guess but just interesting to try and piece things together. Leaving the 100M preferred seems very intentional and have to think they have a plan to issue them or portion of them and merger seems to make sense.

Btw - the guy doing YouTube video is a clown IMO.

I’ll stick to my own DD (better than his) and a few others who we know on this board That have done the work for many years....
