really doesn`t matter .....could have also been a doggy day-care....who gives??.....everything is made off site......one of the last rehab`s i did was a chinese joint.......roughed in some wires above ceiling...building empty..........everything showed up at once , and every trade was there.....job super broke up trades into 3 shifts.....we had the place done in 3 days......inspectors showed up on time .....other than a couple code problems (plumbing)......ready to open a week later......with good planning and a G C that knows food service.....people would be amazed how fast it comes together.......i don`t talk out my A**!......been doing this S*** for decades
