Ya, now i don’t quite know how to decipher that. I know they are affiliated with TECO group and I tried back searching where this document came from but was unsuccessful. Not sure if this 4B which has a distributed date of April 2021 was directly to PHI Group. Has anyone else seen this document? I think it warrants further research.
