1) Amarin has not tweeted in 9 days, AZN tweets daily.

2) While you are correct that AZN did not mention a specif drug in their tweet, they did share Lupus stories and links to their websites in their link. Also, mentioning Vascepa by name in a tweet isn't prohibited, since Amarin did so at least 34 times in the past.
