It will be interesting when the preferred B convert. I'm not sure if Mr. Foote will bend over backwards to register those shares or offer opinion letters so they can be sold per rule 144.
The stock seems very overpriced but I can't get over this nagging feeling that it might end up as a bear trap at some point.
The short interest has been steadily climbing but seems to have slowed and now sits around 25M shares. Maybe that's not enough to squeeze. I'm just not confident in any direction with this stock.
I do see your point--there are a lot of shares on a diluted basis. I just don't know if that matters in the short term.
