That’s why they said that HERA made a “super special conservatorship” that can do whatever it wants.

It was drafted in the likeness of the FDIA per Calabria although that doesn’t mean much.

I don’t see it happening again but who knows.

Yes indeed. It's under most of the public radar, but what you are concluding is exactly what it implies.

The other case that comes to mind is Bush V Gore, where at least SCOTUS indicated that its ruling would in essence be a one off.

This one gave no such indication, which makes it more problematic for the future.

Time to start paying attention. Good, looks like you are. What exactly does the phrase "conspiracy theory" mean anyways? What does it imply? How does that influence one's thought process? After all, truth is the goal, isn't it?

While I try to steer clear of conspiracy theories...
