Data will have to be very solid because every other oral medication for Covid has had their data ripped apart and found to be unreliable. Hydroxychloroquin, colchicine, methotrexate, and a major fraud with ivermectin have everyone very sceptical and the reason I don’t think they will reveal anything until ESC and publication in a peer reviewed journal.
4,000 pts, placebo controlled double blind RCT by academics should be good especially for a CVD drug with minimal side effects and amazing CVD results.

If that trial is a success we'll hear Nissen et al claiming the results need to be duplicated in a different population because the state of Argentina's health care system is poor compared to more developed countries (read rich ones).
