intuitive3.......Wake up!!!!.... you are going to the bank with an unsigned check.....there is no legal language that says old shareholders will get the estate....those shares were cancelled, and we were given new shares in a chapter 11 reorganization....do you really think these lawyers have not been gaming the ways that they can keep you from getting a payout?.....can anyone produce one document that ever said that old holders of WAMU stock was heir to the TRUST?...that is all I am saying here...anything else is speculation, and innuendo, and that don't mean a thing in court...Lodas

I would ask who owns WMIH? The chapter 11 was a reorganization of a company ultimately owned by the stock holders. Did the owners have their company taken away and given to the ether? The BOD? exactly who do you think has ownership of any reorganized company that began with $200M and Shares of the reorganized company given to the previous stock holders???

Its true other money was injected for partial ownership of the current company and other stock holders from another company were given an opportunity for shares or cash. Markers are merely a representation of your portion of the company that came from the original WAMU.

If you actually were agnostic about your 195K, you wouldn't ever mention them. However, like everyone else...there exist that tiny glimmer of hope. Regardless of what any of the MB crew says... or it wouldnt be brought up to begin with unless arguing for the sake of arguing was the intent. JMHO.
