I agree with you in the abstract. If the drug works through proven clinical trials that's what matters. The thing is the company has to be around in 2023.

There are company's that had great products that were in testing for years whose management was hands off publicly supporting the stock price that went away and fortunes were destroyed. I do not believe a CEO can just sit back and say in effect wait for the clinical results it will show why we did what we did.

Wall street has a very short term focus and if they decide not to wait forever and don't see support from the CEO the stock goes sub $5 and never recovers regardless of results. And especially when management and the BOD is selling stock regardless of how good the reason.

The CEOs of those other firms are doing this part of their jobs and in my opinion Missling is not.
