You are correct since the start of covid everything slowed and some parts went to a halt. We had 3 cc last year around the fact that the auditors were having issues with staffing and covid. Henry also went to Vietnam and it took him 15 days waiting at the boarder to enter the country after he got a negative covid test. It was almost a month for him to get in to sign docs to get a few items resolved.
When Henry goes back next time we must be current and the USA side must be wrapped up. He will have a covid test and another 15 day wait to enter Vietnam. He does not have the luxury of wasting time waiting to enter the country this next go around. Lux fund needs the projects to start. We will get cc and updates as he is over there.
