#6894 RE: Smartypants2 #6892

"which they had always been interested in." Exact order! Halo opted for first, then Duffy lost Halo, and then went for XTI.

The "mischaracterization" Azz as usual.

Xeriant has paid $2M and has (as I relayed) "currently" acquired 2% of XTI outstanding. common shares.

Ah, "the true potential" is something else, and deduced from info same as I relayed. Especially when 'rosy potential' is mostly all that is being sold by friends n family.

Ah, "stepping stones." In a nice brook of flowing water. Ah...

That 'stepping stone' Duffy and Xeriant did not even characterize as such.

Duffy lost Halo. Had no flying machine thereafter. So, he went for XTI's TriFan 600. Only one model. Another company funding one. of XTI's other models.

Wonder how majority ownership in American Aviation Technologies affects Xeriant's say-so and influence of AAT direction and Halo itself. That idea I raised weeks back that azzhl shot down as a useless idea.

"Mischaracterization" is to say non-public bullshit like, "which they had always been interested in."

And to micharacterize facts I discussed.
