Has one ever had or started a business whose sole product has a definitive 72 HOUR shelf life ? Has one ever had a business that one has to immediately process, cook, portion, and bag whatever product is not been sold ?

Has one ever had a business that lacks all of the above equipment and knowledge to perform the above ?

(obviously you have never started a business from scratch. I have ... twice, very successful and sold both, and both still in business. (the first one now going on 22 years.)
