The idea it won’t is asinine, although the fact SPRV currently has less than $150 in volume is a detriment in itself.

To summarily dismiss telemedicine as having absolutely no impact is what is assinine.
That must be why the question - What happen to tele-medicine? Was asked to begin with.

One, or the other, is not mutually exclusive. Telemedicine can have a negative impact, but that is not to say, that there will not "always be Medical Office Buildings".
I don't remember reading that ANYWHERE.
Have a neg. impact, does not necessarily stop something from existing. It could just keep it from growing as large as it might have, without the neg. effect.
The extreme was never mentioned.
