Currently the Jupiter, FL Building has a tenant with 12 years left on the lease and there is an annual escalation.
How exactly would SPRV be effected? Walk us through theory.

Not sure how that one building came into it, but Okay.
The only ways I see, off the top of my head, for that building to negatively impact SPRV is:
For them to reevaluate their business, and decide that they need to restructure, and they break their lease.
Of, if ONCE AGAIN, SPRV is pulling a sham, and the deal for that building goes away...gets "unwound".

Back to how Tele. could impact the Med. Office Bld. market. I have to again apologize for not making things more clear, and easy to understand.
But I'll just have to cut & pasts the pertinent line from my previous post.
