Well I believe EGOC could in fact buy and I don't think they would have to announce it ahead of time.. not sure on that one but they would have file how many shares bought and the disposition of those shares. I am no legal beagel. That said I still think this buying is all grass roots driven.. some big boys and a multitude of bottom dwellers like myself. lol
