Wow, I'm being called out for not being grammatically correct. I guess I just fit in with the other 99% of posters on this board.

What I was trying to say was: I didn't think about the LOI being a method of signaling to other possible interested parties that $ENZC is not waiting around and is moving forward with other partnerships/agreements. Basically I was admitting that I didn't fully think through my previous post that the LOI may indicate something other than what was written in the LOI itself.
