Imagine even a $30 million contract / contracts, which is really not that large in this industry.
It’s certainly feasible here. It could even be a lot more.
Profit margin on their products are going to be high, especially since they are mass produced and can be scaled large enough to get their cost down significantly per unit.
Profit margin could be as high as 50% + here, but let’s go with a more conservative number here.
$30 million at 40% profit margin = $12 million earnings.
$12 million * P/E ratio of 50 = $600 million market cap.
With just over 1.2 billion outstanding shares, that is right at about $0.50 per share.
That sort of PR could drive enough buying pressure to explode the PPS up to $1.00, before it pulls back and settles closer to $0.50.
