I don't know, I think it's a difficult and unfortunate situation....made worse by the timing of it all, so not sure what the right thing to do would be.

I guess I would have at least sent out a shareholder letter on the issue, I don't think a lot of detail is needed, but they should probably say something. I would just simply say that they are defending the allegations raised by the OSC, and that they do not believe that this action will create any material impact on its business operations......and leave it at that.
