You are saying two somewhat contradictory things: (i) that he didn't try at all and (ii) that he tried in an impatient and wrong-headed way that was counterproductive and ended in utter failure.
I have no doubt that ALL the errors at every step of the way were Newbauer's. Are there really people here who think some MM singled out MIKP for bad treatment?
The question in front of us is whether Newbauer has what it takes to learn just enough from his past errors to get through the new streamlined process to exit the expert market and get back to current information -- and whether he has the incentive and means to push this through.
I'm guessing I already know what your answer would be to this question, and I respect that. I've read your posts for a long time and you seem like you speak the truth. But I still think it makes sense for me to roll the dice here -- not with the entire farm, but just with a little slice.
