I bought the last 10,000 shares at an ASK of .10 cents (that I offered)

What does it do, it sells me the .10 cents ASK at .08975 ? Less than the 30k shares that were just bought at .094 two minutes prior.

Tell me there are not games / algorithms taking place!?
