Both Adar Bays LLC (03/22/2021) and EMA fFinancial LLC (12/31/2020) took 9.9% stakes in SBES recently. I’m sure they were aware of what they are investing in as each took more than a.quarter billion shares in just these two transactions.

Adar Bay LLC—— Aryeh Goldstein —— Samuel Eisenberg——facilitates RMs——AND owns 9.9% of which company? ———SBES——-which is owned by Robert Xu—-who works with David Xu——thats CFO for——RockySaaS—- who want to enter the us market through a RM. Looks like Davinci and others are on to something. Intrigued. Damn. It all connects. This is just a short representation of links between the major players. There’s tons more out there.
