#159397 RE: 60ftcat #159396

Uhhhh..no. Sorry 60ftcat, I am not the one who has been wrong.

I was not the one who was wrong on the chart debate.

I was also not the one who was wrong on the Transfer Agent debate.

But lets continue.

you are simply incorrect and have not done enough homework on this company. since the only company officer is dead and registered agent resigned - this company is abandoned and has no legal representation so the only way to do ANYTHING here is to get custodianship through court first. An Outside party can not do anything here on behalf of a company without court decision first. In order to act on behalf of the company one has to have a legal right to do so. Everything else is a scam. Like this fake reinstatement.

I can assure you I have done my homework.

BCAP has a super class of preferred shares that provided Howard a controlling interest in BCAP.

453,000 preferred shares that convert 1 to 10,000 into commons.

That is a controlling interest.

That controlling interest could have been granted to someone else through a power of attorney or other means.

Controlling interest could have been granted to his family, a friend, accountant, lawyer or whatever.

the only way to do ANYTHING here is to get custodianship through court first.

That is false.

Howard could have handed off custodianship of BCAP by surrendering his controlling interest.

If that is the case, you would not see a court case regarding a new custodian disputed in court.

I don't expect an apology.

I am always happy to help.

LOL, GLTU, IMO and FWIW.
