If this is all true, then that would mean either Bentham loaned a HUGE amount in hopes to recover up to 5x it's loan amount from confidence in the success of these patents in court OR the expected global settlement amount was expected to be a lot lower than we are all predicting (by Deidre anyways).

As she presented in her TRO "depending on the size of the recovery, might exceed 25% of the proceeds".

Very confusing stuff in this TRO.

Thanks for the post, it reminded me that UOIP owns Chandbond not Carter. He's a manager. Which looks like it places his actions directly inline with the criminal activity of embezzlement. Which in Delaware is a class C felony. *edit: for amounts over $100k*

That hurts the case for shareholders.

Where is a Motion for a TRO from the shareholders Attorney?

Shareholders can't criminally prosecute Carter.

If UOIP was Dissolved in Delaware that hurts the case for shareholders.
