AGREE We have been through so much that it’s appropriate that we do what is best for us at this time. We need confirmation that we are treated fairly nothing more, nothing less.
Exactly. It is not prudent nor businesslike to sit back and hope. Proactive stance is best, even if we were late to start. OK to trust, but verify that the other party is trustworthy and have legal representation to do that verification.
