From my litigator's perspective, what has happened in the past is far from done, and only beginning to ripen. Just a little fyi, I am going to do what I am going to do when I am going to do it, the way I am going to do it, and nothing said by anyone will discourage me from doing so.
Let's hope positive things happen, such as success on this appeal, positive catalysts, and a Buyout. But I have a significant constituency that rightfully will not just let go of the past, and believes in the mantras of transparency, accountability, justice, and restitution.
When significant wrongdoing causes catastrophic losses, my DNA will not simply turn the other cheek. Period. Every "marjac you're wasting your time" comment only strengthens my resolve.
