No, i am not confusing anything.

The term float refers to the regular shares a company has issued to the public that are available for investors to trade. This figure is derived by taking a company's outstanding shares and subtracting any restricted stock, which is stock that is under some sort of sales restriction. Restricted stock can include stock held by insiders but cannot be traded because they are in a lock-up period following an initial public offering (IPO). How many can that be.


There are 107 million unrestricted. So the float will be near that amount.



The amount of 13 million is still 1 year old. Where is the updated amount.How many do the insiders hold ? Shares outstanding increased 91 million. Surly there are much more than 13 million float.

As of 10/5/20 there was a controlling person with 43% of the stock.

Probably less now since a lot more shares were issued (unrestricted)


So let's say half(to be conservative) of the O/S is available for sale, half so the float can be about 55 million.
