I agree there is no company now as far as I can see (they only used money from investors to build the company (stealing) and then went private (created a new corporation using funds from the stock issued to you and me) to form a new private corporation to distance themselves from the publicly traded corporation. MAKES ME THINK I'M IN THE WRONG BUSINESS! But I did buy a lot of shares hoping for a reverse merger which has no happened yet. I am out now but still watching and trying to understand why it still trading at these levels. However, while still being out, a reverse merger is still a possibility as the shell is clean (debt free). I have also noticed several other penny stock spikes in Feb 21...(Pot for ex.) ?????CONFUSED!!!
