Fraud, until proven otherwise. Certainly Chris, after he essentially liquidated Neah Power, had no idea a battery factory would pop up in India. Still watching from a distance, but very open to legal options if he fails to communicate with shareholders. Have been merciful, patient for well over a decade. Shalom
