I thought all the dust already settled. That's why it's called "the settlement" what already has happened. But if that's really him I'm kinda ok with it even though "the soon" can be sooooooooooooon. Anyways, thank you of course.

I do not know what "soon" means.
Normally, you would have an Excel file template set up and just plug the settlement amount in and the computation would be a done deal.

Nicasurf, I hope you can keep up a dialogue with him. It is important that the lines of communication with him can be open here, instead of through lawyers. He has never been anything but courteous in conversations I have had with him.

Cheating is never a good idea so it seems reasonable that with all Carter stands to make from his efforts that he would consider sharing with the people who helped him to finance? Key word here is reasonable right? Another stock mentioned here has been running hard and fast and while some wait for a pull back it hasn't happened in the last three weeks. We continue to remain cautiously optimistic.
