Just called E-trade on this. Confirmed that the shares are restricted, and were "declared worthless". Only options are to just remove them from your account or wait and see if the company releases them. He also seemed to think they were a spinoff for "Hemp Beer" but I believe that was a separate thing.
Either way- doesn't look like anyone got, or will get, any tradeable dividend shares until Tilton releases them and makes them trade (and I'm not holding my breath there.)
