Not true. Just contact their TA and they will tell you how to get them. It'll take time and money but you can free them. I'm happy letting mine sit there and appreciate. 500K X .04=$20K...It'll cost about $500 to get them cleared.
I’m actually working that process through E*TRADE. So whoever you talked to lied to you. It is quite costly but there is a process to have those shares released.
I bought NSAV on E*TRADE today at 9:31 am. I even bought shares on Fidelity, which is very strict. It’s not restricted whatsoever, and certainly not “worthless”. What a hoot!
I was also told by Etrade they were "worthless". However, the number of those dividends in my Etrade account (and everyone else's?) is the CONTRA CUSIP number. The COMMON CUSIP number for NSAV is #64112L203. That number was given to me by DanielleC at Pacific Stock Transfer and I was instructed to give them THAT number and ask them how to trade them!!
Try that. (As for me, I haven't been back in touch with Etrade since obtaining that information!)
Anyhow, they are for the 10% NSAV dividends given in 2017:
CRESCO, PA--(Marketwired - Apr 24, 2017) - Net Savings Link, Inc. (OTC: NSAV) announced today that the Company has declared a 10% stock dividend to stockholders of record on June 1, 2017. The stock dividend will be paid on or around June 29, 2017.
CRESCO, PA--(Marketwired - Aug 27, 2017) - NSAV Holding, Inc. (OTC PINK: NSAV), announced today that the record date for its recently declared stock dividend of 20% of its subsidiary, Hemp Beer Inc. has been changed to September 8, 2017 from the previously announced date of August 30, 2017.
I don't believe anyone received those dividends.
Also, in regards to this, here are a couple tweets that might be of interest from an old, now deleted, NSAV Twitter account. I believe they were in 2017:
NSAV Holding, Inc.? @NSAV_MJTechCo Aug 4 More This dividend issues was a big blow to my credibility and I want to be known as the CEO that always takes care of his shareholders.
NSAV Holding, Inc.? @NSAV_MJTechCo May 26 More As every major thing I have stated has been completed, rest assured, I will register and free up your dividend shares quickly. Promise.
I will add a little more additional information tomorrow including the name of an attorney that was given who seems to have helped some others get their dividends tradable. (Not POSITIVE on that, however). And, yes, I read that some said there was a fee of $495.00.
Let's take this one step at a time and, hopefully, sooner or later we will get them tradable.
